Inside Sales

REPRESENTATIVE

Position

The Inside Sales Representative will report to their program lead and work alongside Account Managers gathering customer information needed to assess opportunities for the sale of products and/or services. The Alias Group offers an excellent opportunity to develop refined sales skills that can be utilized in any industry.

Hours

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Complete inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Understand customer needs and requirements by having quality conversations with prospects

  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends in CRM

  • Development of sales opportunities and pipeline management

  • Customer relationship management and ability to present on sales effort highlights

Application requirements

Alias is seeking a self-motivated, organized, dynamic person who can have quality conversations with prospects and customers to generate sales.

Basic requirements:

  • Some college coursework required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Apple savvy

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Steady, reliable work ethic

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to pass a background check
